A RF.~OL~ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ENCINITAS, CALIFORNIA
TO APPROVE THE GANN APPROPRIATION LIMIT
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1990-91
WHEREAS, The City of Encinitas is required under Section 7910 of Chapter 1205 of
the California State Statutes of 1980 to establish an appropriation limit by resolution each fiscal
year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the fiscal year July 1, 1990 to June 30,
1991 Gann Appropriation Limit shall not exceed $19,219,885.
