A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ENCINITAS, CALIFORNIA ADOPTING
COMMUNITY DESIGN GUIDELINES
WHEREAS, the City as part of the General Plan program, as
prepared Community Design Guidelines for signs, major community
corridors and intersections, commercial areas and visual resource
areas.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Encinitas that the Community Design Guidelines, Attachment "A"
is hereby adopted.; .

following vote, to wit:
Ayes: Gaines, Omsted, Shea, Slater '
Nays: None
Abstain: None
Absent: Hano
