THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the.Officers_of this
District be, and tney hereby aret authorized to execute the
agreement for delivery o:f water through a 12-inch line owned-
by Olivenhain. The agreement is not to be executed until .
approved by-the I?istrictts attorney. A copy of said.agree-
nent is attached hereto_marked "Exhibit.+CI,": .

Deleting Cer ain Charges From
The.Rules _of.~the. District.
WHEREAS.the charge for service call.s has been
judged to be an unnecessary charge.and a.charge which.is
responsible for considerable i11 feeling, and , . . WiEREAS the sealed meter charge is a charge.for a necessary service of the District, and should not be
charged to the property,owners or tenants;- THEREFORE BE IT RESOZVED that the service call
charge on Page 17, Section 80 of tne District Rules and Regulations, and the sealed meter charge on Page 18A of
the District Rules and Regulations be deleted effective
immediately; and the Secretary.be,.and he hereby is, dir-
ected to amend the Rules and;Regul.ations book accordingly,
