, Deleting Property Owned By The ENCINITAS FIRE
P'ROTECTION DISTRICT And 'I`he ENCINITAS UNION SCHOOL
DISTRICT From The Assessment Rolls Of The District
'v1HEREAS9'the property hereinafter described has been
acquired by the ENCINITAS FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT and the
ENCINITAS UNION SCHOOL DISTRICT respectively, arid
'v1HEREAS 9 property •owned by Political Subdivisions of
the State are not subject to assessments levied by the SAN
DIEGUITO IRRIGATION DISTRICT and all or any portion of the
uncollected tax penalty or cost levied upon the properties may
be cancelled by the Board of Directors.
NOW, THEREFORE9 BE IT RESOLVED that in accordance
with Section 26003 of the Water Code of the State of Calif-
ornia, the Board of Directors of the SAN DIEGUITO IRRIGATION
DISTRICT hereby orders the cancellation of all taxes and
penalties remaining unpaid on the 1964-65 assessment, Said
taxes being assessed on property described as follows:
