Accepting A Deed, Executed By The
State Of California, Acting Through
The California Highway Commission
Concerning Property Acquired By The
District For Re-Location Of Certain
Water Main Facilities
WHEREAS, a deed has been executed in the name of
the State of California by the California Highway Commission
concerning property acquired by the San Dieguito Irrigation
District for the re-location of certain water main facilities
just north of Manchester Avenue adjacent to Interstate High-
way 5 in the Cardiff-By-The-Sea area in conjunction with
Utilities Agreement Number 8737.
THEREFORE, BE IT,RESOLVED that the Board of
Directors hereby acc`epts said Deed,conveying to the San
Dieguito Irrigation District one parcel in fee and three
easement parcels for water line purposes and appurtenances
thereto containing 46,228 square feet in fee and 30,753
square feet in easements, and all conditions, covenants and
restrictions contained therein, said Deed being numbered
Right-Of-Way Number 9155-C executed on March 26, 1965 and
attached hereto.
