Accepting Qult-Claim Deed from
Fred dc Ivy Lauahter for Easement

WHEREAS a quit claim deed has been received from
Fred W. & Ivy Laughter vhich releases to the Santa Fe
Irrigation District an undivided 57% interest and to
the San Dieguito Irrigation District an undivided 43%
interest in_°~an easement appurtenant reserved by them
in their Grant Deed to said Irrigation Districts dated
June 5, 1962 and recorded in the Official Records of
the San Diego County Recorder on Juiy 18, 1962 at File/
Page No. 121888, Series 3, Book 1962
NOWt THEREFORE9 BE IT RESOLVID that the San Dieguito
Irrigation District hereby accepts said quit-claim deed
from P'red W. & Ivy Laughterg dated January 27, 1963, and
the Secretary is hereby instructed to record said document.
