separately at future elections,until such time as this
resoiution is arnended or repealed.

WHEREAS the office of Treasurer of the San Dieguito
Irrigation District is vacant as a result of the resig- -
nation of Beulah E. Taylor, which was presented to, and
accepted by, the Board of Directors in meeting today
NOW9 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLY',ID that Stanley T. Mills
be, and he hereby is, appointed to fill the unexpired
term of Treasurer of the San Dieguito Irrigation District.

Establishing Salaries f or the
Office of Assessor-Collector and
for the Office of Treasurer.
WHEREAS, the office of Treasurer has, by Resolution
R64-20, been segregated from the office of Assessor-
Collector of the San Dieguito Irrigation District
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the salaries
for the two offices be established as follows:
Assessor-Collector $10.00 per month;
~ `I`reasurer $10.00 per month.
