Authorizing Committee To Meet
'r;ith SFID To Prepare Final Agree-
ment For Construction Of PumpingStation AND Authorizing Officers
To Execute Firial Agreement Form
WHEREAS a preliminary form of agreement between the
Sar. Dieguito Irrigation District and the Santa Fe Irri-
gation District for the construction of a pumping plant
at trie site of the future filtration plant in Rancho Santa
Fe, has been prepared, and
'r1HE:REAS certain points in said preliminary agreement
need to be set forth more specifically
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a committee from
this district be, and it hereby is, authorizeci to meet
with a. coMmittee "rom the Santa Fe Irrigation District to
negotiate and prenare the final form of agreement f.or the
cons*rv.ction of a pumping plant at the site of the future
f'ii. tratiori plant in Rancho Santa Fe;

district be, and they hereby are, authorized to execute
the findi form o£ agreement presented to them by the
committee from this dj.strict.

Granting Jointly 'rlith Santa Fe
Irrigation District An Lasement
To San Diego Gas & Electric Co.
Across A Ptn. of Sec. 109 T13S,
R3W, SBBM.
WHEREka the San Dieguito Irrigatioil District and the
Janta. Fe Irrigation District jointly own property in
Sectior. 10, T13S, R3W, SBBM which is being held for the
future construction of a joint use filtration plant, and
WHEREAS plans are currently bing engineered by the
Santa Fe Irrigation District for the construction of a
pumping plant at said site, and
WHEREA5 it will be necessary for the San Diego Gas
and Electric Company to install pole lines across a portion
of the property to serve said pumping plant
NUW, T?iEREF'ORE, BE,IT RESOLVED that an.easement be
granted jointly by Santa Fe Irrigation District and San
Dieguito Irrigation Distri.ct to the San Diego Gas and
Electric Company across a portion of Section 10, T13S,
R3W, S3i3M, and the officers of this district be, and they
hereby are, authorized to execute said easement as prepared
by the San Diego Gas & Electric Company.
