RESOLUTION R63-42
Adopting Assessment Roll For
Basis of 1963-64 District Taxes.
"WHEREAS the Assessor of the San Dieguito Irrigation
~ District on July 29, 1963 did turn the assessment book
over to the Secretary of the district in accordance with
the provisions of the Water Code of the State of California,
and
WHEREAS the Secre.tary did publish notice of receipt
of the assessment book and of this meeting of the Board
of Equalization in accordance with said Water Code, and
WHEREAS the Board of Directors of the San Dieguito
Irrigation District on this 21st day of August, 1963 did
sit and act as a Board of Equalization to hear complaints
by taxpayers of the district regarding valuations placed
on their properties by this district's assessor
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the assessment
roll valuation of.$5,963,500.00, representing the total
valuation of property following adjustments made by the
Board sitting as a Board of Equalization, be approved;
that said revised new valuation shall be the basis for
the 1963-64 tax rate to be established at a regular meeting
of the Board of Directors of this district on August 23,
1963.
