Deleting Property Owned by the State of California, Division of Highways from the Assessment Rolls of the District
and Cancelling Current Assessments.
WHEREAS the property hereafter described has been acquired by the State of California, Division of Highways
I for freeway purposes by the following deeds;

WHEREAS property owned by the State of California,
Division oP Highways is not subject to assessments levied
by the San Dieguito Irrigation District, and all or any
portion of the uncollected tax, penalty or costs levied
upon the properties may be cancelled by the Board of
Directors with the written consent of the district's
attorney if such tax was levied upon the property acquired
after the lien date by the State of California, and
WHEREAS the district's attorney has consented in
writing to the cancellation of the unpaid portion of the
taxes upon-said property, which consent is attached
hereto marked Exhibit "All
NOW9 THEREFORE9 BE IT RFSOLVED that the following
properties be deleted from the assessment rolls of the
San Dieguito Irrigation District, and that the unpaid
portion of the 1962-63 assessment upon said property
be cancelled by the Assessor-Collector of the district= ' n
