OBJECTION TO SALE OF DISTRICT LANDS BY
COUNTY TAX COLL:FCTOR WHEREAS, that certain real property situated within
the boundaries of the San 1)ieguito Irrigation District, in
the County of. San -Diego, State of Cal ifornia, more parti-
cularly described as follows, to-wit:
The South One-half of Lot 18 in Block "E" of
Enc initas Highlands, _
has heretofore been sold for taxes, and a deed for taxes
has been given to the 5tate of California for deli_nquent
and unpaid taxes l-evied by the County of San Diego; and
WHEREAS, taxes heretofore levied by this District
have not been paid; and URLEREAS, pursuant to Section 3698 of the Revernze.. and
Taxation Code, the County jsx Collector of San Dieoo County
has duly filed with the Board of Supervisors of said County,
a Notice stating his intention to sell the said property at
public auction, for cash, for the minimum price of $60.00;
and
WHERF,AS, the Board of Supervisors of San Diego County
has adopted a resolution approving the said sale;
NOW, T?iEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Di-
rectors of the San Lieguito Irrigation District th at said
District objects to-the said sale by the County Tax Col-
lector of San Diego County of the real property herein-
above described, and the Secretary of this District be,
and he is, hereby directed to file with the said Tax Col-
lector of San Diego County and with the said Board of
Supervisors of San Diego County certified copies o£ this
resolution. ,
