January 10, 1951 OBJECTION TO SALE OF DISTHICT LANDS BY
COUNTY TAX COLL:ECTOR
WHEREAS, that certain real property situated within
the boundaries of the San Dieguito Irrigat ion District, in
the County of San Diego, State of California, more parti-
cularly described as follows, to-wit:
The South One-half of Lot 18 in Block "F`l of
Encinitas Highlands,
has heretofore been sold for taxes, and a deed for taxes
has been given to the 6tate of California f or deli.nquent
and unpaid taxes l-evied by the County of San Diego; and
WHEREAS, taxes heretofore levied by this District
have not been paid; and W~ERrAS, pursuant to Section 3698 of the Reverzue,.and
Taxation Code, the County lax Collector of San Diego County
has duly filed with the Board of Supervisors of said County,
a Notice atating his intention to sell the said property at
public auction, for cash, for the m3.nimum price of $60.00;
and
WHLRi,AS, the Board of Supervisors of San Dlego County
has adopted a resolution approving the said sale;
N4W, T?3EREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Di-
rectors of the San tieguito Irrigation District th at said
District objects to-the said sale by the County Tax Col-
lector of San Diego County of the real property herein-
above described, and the Secretary of this District be,
and he is, hereby directed to file with the said Tax Col-
lector of San Diego County and with the said Board of
Supervisors of San Diego ~ounty certifted copies of this
resolution. .
