WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of San Diego Cou rlty
has adopted a Resolution approving the said sale;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Di-
rectors of the San Dieguito Irrigation Diatrict that said
District objects to the said sale.by the Cou nty Tax Collector
of San Diego courity of the real property hereinabove de-
scribed, and the Secretary of this District be,and he is,
hereby directed to file with the said Tax collector of San
Diego cou nty and with the said Board of Supervisors of San
Diego County certified copies of this Resolution.

OBJECTION TO SALE OF DISTRICT
LANDS BY COUNTY TAX COLLECTOR
WHEREAS, that certain real property situated within
the boundaries of the San Dieguito Irrigation District, in
the County of San Diego, State of California, more particu-
larly described as follows, to-wit:
Lots 12, 13 and 14 ih Block 1 of Avocado Acres
has heretofore been sold for taxes, and a deed for taxes has
been given to the State of California for delinquent and
unpaid taxes levied by the Courrty of San Diego; and
WHEREAS, said property has also been aold for taxes and
a deed for taxes has been executed by the Tax Collector of
this District conveying said ' property to this District for
delinquent and unpaid taxes levied by this District, as
provided by law; and .
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 3698 of the Revernze and
Taxation Code, the County Tax Collector of San Diego County
has duly filed with the Board of Supervisors of said Cou nty
a Notice stating his intention to sell the said property
at Public Auction, for cash, for the minimum price of
$420.00; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of San Diego Cou nty
has adopted a Resolution approving the said sale;
NOVV, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Di-
rectors of the San Dieguito Irrigation District that said
District objects to the said sale by the Cou nty Ta.x Collector
of San Diego cou nty of the real property hereinabove de-
scribed, and the Secretary of this District be, and he is,
hereby directed to file with the said Tax Collector of San
Diego County and with the said Board of Supervisors of San
Diego County certified copies of this Resolution.
