present: Directors Wagner, Cook, Petzold, Hales & Blecha,
Attorney Crans.ton and Manager Harrington.
The meeting convened at 2:30 p.m.
The purpose of the meeting was for the Attorney to
inform the Boardas to the pr.ogress being made in the negotia-
tion with t'he City of_San Diego in regard to the City's
furnishing our present district with all the water~we need.

After the discu'ssion by the Attorney and also by the whole ,
board, the meeting adjourned at 4:35 p.m.
