The regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the San Dieguito Irrigation District wa.s held at the office of the District, Fncinitas, San Diego Cot~nty, State of , California, on Tuesday June 5th, 1928, at 1;30 P. M. There were pre4ent at eaid neeting the follotiving ~ directors: ChaQ. H. 7Tebwter H. F. Beaucha.mp Vl. H.Schaaf Fred Coutts and A. Van Amersfoort Chas. H. Webster, the President Nvas present and presided over the meeting. Stephen JoneQ, the Secretary of the Diwtrict, acted in the capacity of Secretary. ~ hinutes of the previous meeting were read, and approved as read. , Reports of the Treaaurer for the month of May 1928, were read, and upon motion ma•de byDirector Coutts, seconded by Director Schaaf, voted upon and unanir_nously carried, that same be accepted and ordered filed. ~ • ~ The Secretary drew the attention of the Board of Directors to a sizit brought againRt the Santa Fe Land Improve- ment Company by Dougla.s Fairbanks affecting certain vaater rights,on the San Dieguito River, and the Secretary vaas in- structed to notify CTm. A.Sloane, attorney for the Dirtrict, of Eaid suit and to request him to render a report to the ~ 2Z directors aw to t~vhether said la.vi suit would aff'ect the , water rights of this District -in any way. . , The matter of arranging to have an employee of the District on duty on Sundays t.o take care. of, any , poesible emergency was dieeussed, and the Superintendent . . of the Diqtrict was instruct-ed to make such an arrangement.
