1928-03-06 ~ ~ YINU2EMS OF THE RTGULAR YEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIFiECTORS OF THE SAIq D3:EGUITO IRRIGATION DISTRICT, HELD 1b7ARCH 6, 1928. The regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the , San Dieguito Irrigation District was held at the office of the ' State of California, District at E'ncinitas,/on Tuesday, Niarch 6, 1928 at the hour of 1;30 o'clock P. M. There were present at said meeting the following Directors, namely:- Chas. H. V'Tebster Fred Couttti, • ' , W. H. Echaaf, H. F. B e aucYiamp and • A. iTan 16ersfoort'. Chas. H. Webster, the President, was prewent, and presided over the meeting. Stephen Jones, Secretary of the. District, vaas p.resent, and acted in the capacity of Secretary. Minutes of the previous meeting tivere read, and approved as read. Reportw of the Treasurer and Collector for the month of February 1928, were read, and upon motion made by Director Schaaf, seconded by D'irector Coutts, voted upon and carried, to approve, and ordered filed. The Secretary submitted and read to the Board of Directors the Financial Statement of the District for the , year ending December 31, 1927, and motion was made by Director Beaucha,mp, seconded by Diiector Coutts, voted upon and unan- imously carried that sar.ne be approved and accepted, and that the Secretary be instructed and directed to ;p.ubl'ish same in a 89 legal newspaper once a week for two weeks as required by section 14-A of the 1rrigation Laws. . NOW, TI-EktEFORE BF IT RESOLUED, that the Superintendent of the Diwtrict be, and he is hereby inwtructed.and directed to utilize the empioyeeQ of the Diwtrict to do the vrork of moving and re-instal]:ing said pipe lines as required by said Frank ~ _ Tolle, and to render a bill to said Franlc Tolle for the cowt of said work.
