A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ENCINITAS CALIFORNIA
REGARDING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A QUIT CLAIM DEED
TRANSFERRING GLEN PARK, LEUCADIA ROADS I DE REST, THE
MILDRED MACPHERSON NEIGHBORHOOD PARK, THE JAMES MACPHERSON
ROADSIDE PARK, OAKCREST PARK, ORPHEUS PARK, "D" STREET PARK
(ALSO KNOWN AS ENCINITAS PARK) AND SUN VISTA PARK
BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of the City of Encinitas,
California, that the Quit Claim Deed offered to the City of
Encinitas from the County of San Diego transferring Glen Park,
Leucadia Roadside Rest, The Mildred MacPherson Neighborhood Park,
The James MacPherson Roadside Park, Oakcrest Park, Orpheus Park,
"D" Street Park (also known as Encinitas Park) and'Sun Vista Park,
is hereby accepted.
