1987-057 Holidays RESOLUTION NO. 87-57
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 87-07,
ESTABLISHING SCHEDULE OF HOLIDAYS
FOR CITY OF ENCINITAS EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, Resolution 87-07 established a policy for granting
holidays to employees and the closing of City offices of the City
of Encinitas, and;
WHEREAS, Resolution 87-07 will expire June 26, 1987, now
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council adopts the following
schedule of holidays:
1. New Year's Day 6. Veteran's Day
2. President's Day 7. Thanksgiving Day
(Third Monday in February)
3. Memorial Day 8. Day after Thanksgiving
(Last Monday in May)
4. Fourth of July 9. ChriStmas
5. Labor Day
This resolution shall expire within two months of the date of
adoption unless reconsidered prior to that time.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22 day of June , 1987, by the
following vote, to wit:

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ENCINITAS REGARDING PUBLIC MEETING PROCEDURES:
CONSENT CALENDAR
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Encinitas
that a "yes" vote on a motion to adopt the consent calendar
will be recorded for each Councilmember as:
A. A "now vote on ~n ordinance up for adoption where the
Coucilmember voted "no" on the introduction of that
ordinance.
B. An abstention on the approval of minutes for a meeting
not attended by the Councilmember.
C. An abstention or disqualification on a'particular
matter as required by law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of Encinitas,
California, this 22 day of June , 1987, by the following
vote, to wit:
