ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT FOR DRAINAGE
PROJECT: SKY LOFT ROAD / TM 4563
BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of the city of Encinitas,
California, that the following Easement for Drainage, See
Attachment "A", offered by Howard Frances Murphy and Barbara M.
Murphy, husband and wife and Michael Kevin Murphy, an unmarried
man is accepted:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is authorized to
act on behalf of the City in the above described transaction(s).
