Vulcan Avenue Encinitas, CA 92024 (619) 633-2710 NOTICE OF DECISION DCD 93-069 October 4, 1993 This letter is to inform you that the Director of Community Development has approved your application for: 93-182 EXT (Jacobs) - Time Extension Request for previous approval 91-087 DR/V/EIA, for property located at 175 Jupiter Street. Public hearings for the project were conducted by the Leucadia CAB on August 22, October 24, and November 21, 1991. The project was approved at the hearing of November 21. Given a two-year approval period, the initial expiration date was November 21, 1993. The time extension application was submitted on September 8, 1993. This approval is subject to the following determination, pursuant to Sections 23.08.160 (design review) and 30.78.040 (variances) and of the City of Encinitas Municipal Code: 1. That the original Findings and Conditions for the subject approval, as made by the Leucadia Community Advisory Board (per resolution no. L 91-22), are still valid and are incorporated into this approval, by this reference, as if fully contained herein, and that no change to City policies has occurred which would be in conflict with the project. 2. It is determined that this project will not have a significant effect on the environment, pursuant to the negative declaration certified by the CAB on November 21, 1991. This approval is subject to the following conditions: 1. The Time Extension shall be valid for two years, from November 21, 1993 to November 21, 1995. 2. All conditions of Resolution No. L 91-22 are still in full force and affect and shall be satisfied as required. JK/93182EX.DEC (10-4-93) 3. The property owner shall receive all other necessary approvals from other authorized agencies, including as follows: California Coastal Commission. In accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Code, this decision may be appealed to the City Council within fifteen (15) calendar days of the date of this determination. This notice constitutes a decision of the Community Development Department only. Additional permits, including Building Permits, may be required by the Building Department or other City Departments. It is the property owner's responsibility to obtain all necessary permits required for the type of project proposed.
