A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ENCINITAS, CALIFORNIA
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ACCEPT
OFFERS OF DEDICATION OF REAL PROPERTY
AND SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Encinitas, California, that the City Manager is authorized to
accept on.behalf of the City CounCil offers of dedication of real
property and Subdivision improvement agreements upon a
recommendation of the Director of Public Works and the Director
of Planning and Community Development.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is authorized
to act on behalf of the City in the above described transactions.
