RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SAN DIIDUITO
WATER DISTRICT AUTHORIZING QUITCLAIM DEED FOH AN
EASEMENT OVER PORTION BLOCK 4 I CARDIFF, TO VI. A. AND
CAROLINE G. BEAR.
~, San Dieguito Water District now holds an easement over
property hereinafter describedj and
WHEREAS, the district has no present or proposed future use for said
easement and said easement is no longer needed for district purposes; and
WHEREAS, it has been requested by W. A. and Caroline G. Bear, owners
of this property, that this easement be releasedj and
WHEREAS, a form of Quitclaim Deed has been presented to the Board, a
copy of which is attached as Exhibit IlA"j and
WHEREAS, it is in the interest of the district to execute and deliver
said quitclaimj
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, DEl'ERMINED AND ORDERED by
the Board of Directors of San Dieguito Water District as follows:
1. That the President or Vice President and the Secretary be and they
hereby are authorized to execute said Quitclaim Deed.
2. That the Secretary is instructed to deliver said deed to the
grantees named therein.
PASSED AND ADOPl'ED at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of
San Dieguito Water District held on the 11th day of October, 1978, by the
following vote, to wit:
