A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ENCINITAS
APPROVING THE LAFCO DETERMINATIONS OF THE
"ENCINITAS FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT REORGANIZATION"
WHEREAS': LAFCO has adopted a resolution making
determinations regarding the conditions of reorganization of the
Encinitas Fire Protection District, Ref No. RO 86-31; and
WHEREAS: The City of Encinitas as the conducting
authority held a public hearing on the LAFCO conditions of
reorganization on October 28, 1987; and
WHEREAS: There were no additional findings made as a
result of the public hearing; and
WHEREAS: The City of Encinitas agrees with the LAFCO
determinations adopted on October 5, 1987; now
THEREFORE B$ IT RESOLVED: The City of Encinitas adopts
the LAFCO Commission findings and determinations of
October 5, 1987 regarding the reorganization of the Encinitas
Fire Protection District:
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of November, 1987 by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Gaines, Omsted, Shea, Steel
NOES: None
ABSENT: Luke
