1979-27 Approving & Authorizing Execution of Revised Agreements With Olivenhain Municipal Water District & Santa Fe Irrigation District Regarding Charges For Use of District Computer RESOLUTION NO. R79-27 RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SAN DIEGUITQ WATER DISTRICT APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF REVISED AGREEMENTS WITH OLIVENHAIN MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT AND SANTA FE IRRIGATION DISTRICT REGARDING CHARGES FOR USE OF DISTRICT COMPUTER WHEREAS, the District has heretofore entered into agreements with Olivenhain Municipal Water District and Santa Fe Irrigation District which provide for the use of the District's computer by those agencies; and WHEREAS, it is in the interest of the District to revise such agreements in order to reflect the increased costs to the District of the operation of the computer; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of Directors of San Dieguito Water District as follows: 1. That charges for the use of the District's computer by Olivenhain Municipal Water District and Santa Fe Irrigation District be fixed as follows: Monthly charge for water billing: $150.00 Monthly charge for inventory and payroll $ 25.00 Charge for preparation of bills: $ .14 per bill Charge for extra reports: $ 25.00 Charge for inventory reports: $ 30.00 2. That the General Manager be and he is authorized and directed to execute such documents as may be necessary to implement the foregoing charges as soon as possible. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of San Dieguito Water District held on the 12th 26 day of September, 1979, by the fallowing vote, to wit: AYES: NOES: ABSENT: Directors Weston, Pearson, Dashiell and Weidner None Director Dean -2- 27 /
