RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
SAN DIEGUITO WATER DISTRICT ACCEPTING
EASEMENT FROM RAYMOND V. JOHNSON AND
NORMA JEAN JOHNSON AND AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF RELEASE OF ANOTHER EASEMENT
WHEREAS, a proposed form of easement to San Dieguito
Water District from Raymond V. Johnson and Norma Jean Johnson
has been presented to the board, a copy of which is attached
hereto as Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, a proposed form of Release of Easement from
the District to Raymond V. Johnson and Norma Jean Johnson
has been presented to the board, a copy of which is attached
hereto as Exhibit B; and
WHEREAS, it is in the interest of the District to
accept the new easement, and upon said acceptance and recorda-
tioD to release the easement described in said release of
easementi
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND
ORDERED by the Board of Directors of San Dieguito Water
District as follows:
1. That the easement described in Rxhibit A hereto be and
it is hereby accepted on behalf of the District, and the
Secretary of the District is authorized and directed to
record said easement.
2. That the release of easement described in Exhibit
B hereto be and it is hereby approved, and the President and
Secretary of the District are authorized and directed to
execute said release on behalf of the District and to deliver
it to the grantees named therein upon recordation of the
aforesaid.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at an adjourned regular meeting of
the Board of Directors of San Dieguito Water District held
