1979-06 Amending Rules & Regulations Regarding Delinquent Accounts
RESOLUTION NO. R79-6
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
SAN DIEGUITO WATER DISTRICT AMENDING RULES
AND REGULATIONS REGARDING DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS
WHEREAS, it is in the interest of the District to amend
its rules and procedures regarding delinquent accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND
ORDERED by the Board of Directors of San Dieguito Water
District as follows:
1. That the rules and procedures set forth on Exhibit
A hereto be and they are hereby adopted as the rules and
procedures applicable to the District.
2. That these amendments shall take effect immediately.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of
Directors of San Dieguito Water District held on the 14th
day of February, 1979, by the following vote to wit:

EXHIBIT "A"
Turn-On and Turn-Off Charges. Service that has been terminated for
non-payment may be reinstated upon the payment of the deposit
required by the rules of the District plus unpaid bills and
delinquency charges and the sum of $25.00. When one parcel or
contiguous parcels are served by two meters which are billed to the
same customer, and both are delinquent at the same time, only one
$25.00 turn-off fee will be charged if full payment of all charges,
penalties and deposits is made at one time. If the charges are not
paid for all meters at one time, a $25.00 charge will be made for
each turn-on.
