RESOLUTION NO. RBO-35
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SAN DIEGUITO
WATER DISTRICT APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF QUITCLAIM DEED TO EAGLE REALTY CO.
WHEREAS, a proposed form of quitclaim deed to Eagle Realty Co. has
been presented to the board, a copy of which ;s attached hereto as
Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, it is in the interest of the District to execute and deliver
said quitclaim;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the
Board of Directors of San Dieguito Water District as follows:
1. That said property ;s no longer necessary for District purposes.
2. That the form of quitclaim deed attached hereto as Exhibit A be
and it is approved.
3. That the President and Secretary of the District be and they are
authorized and directed to execute said quitclaim on behalf of the District
and to deliver it to the grantees named therein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of
San Dieguito Water District held on the 22nd day of December, 1980, by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Directors Weston, Dashiell, Weidner, Fahlberg and Harris.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.

the following described real property In the
County of San Diego

Lota 1 to 6 inclusive, and Lots 12 and 13 of Rancho Riqueza, according to
Map No. 2133, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County,
October 11, 1928.
Excepting Therefrom:
Those certain portions or parcels of real property designated as Parcels
66}64-A, 66364-B, 66364-C and 66}64-D in that certain Final Order of
Condemnation in San Diego Superior Court Action No. 302486, which Order was
recorded on October 7, 1969 at File/page No. 184082 in the Office of the San
Diego County Recorder.
The intention of this Quitclaim Deed is to quitclaim any and all title and
interest grantor may have in aaid land by virtue of the two grants of easements
recorded August 22, 1925, Book 1095, Page 451 of deeds and October 9, 1925,
Book 1122, Page 109 of deeds.
