RESOLUTION NO. R80-7
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
SAN DIEGUITO WATER DISTRICT REVISING
PROCEDURE FOR EXECUTION AND APPROVAL OF
WARRANTS
WHEREAS, it is in the interest of the District to
modify its rules and procedures regarding the execution and
approval of warrants;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND
ORDERED by the Board of Directors of San Dieguito Water
District as follows:
1. That all bills and charges to the District shall,
upon approval of the General Manager or board, be paid
within a reasonable time after receipt. Each warrant shall
be signed by the President, or if he is unavailable the Vice
President or another board member, and the General Manager.
2. That each meeting of the Board of Directors, the
General Manager shall present to the board a list of all
warrants that have been issued since the last meeting of the
board, a description of the purpose of each and the amount
of each such warrant.
3. That any bill or charge which is not paid because
of the failure of the General Manager to approve the bill
or charge shall be presented to the board for approval or
rejection.
4. That in the absence of the General Manager, bills
and charges may be approved by the Office Manager.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of
Directors of San Dieguito Water District held on the 13th
day of February, 1980, by the fOllowing vote, to wit:
