RESOLUTION NO. R80-5
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SAN DIEGUITO
WATER DISTRICT IN APPRECIATIDN TO DIRECTDR WILLIAM
HARRY PEARSON FOR HIS SERVICES TD THE DISTRICT.
WHEREAS. William Harry Pearson has served as director for the San
Oieguito Water District from November 1965 through December, 1979; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Pearson has been an active and valued participant in
District affairs. and has always been willing to meet the responsibility
of his position.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the members of this board wish to
express their thanks and appreciation for the help Mr. Pearson has been
during the entire term of his service as director for the District.
PASSED AND ADDPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of
San Oieguito Water District held on the 9th day of January, 1980. by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Directors Dashiell, Weidner, Harris and Fahlberg.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Director Weston.
