Authorizing Officers to Pay Lake
Drive Sewer Charges on the Optional
la-Year Bonding Plan with the County.
WHEREAS this district has been notified by the County
of San Diego, Department of Special District Services
that construction of sewers under the provisions of the
1911 Improvement Act will be started this summer in Lake
Drive adjacent to district-owned Lake Nunn property, and
WHEREAS it is the desire of the Board of Directors
of the San Dieguito Irrigation District to pay the district's
share of the sewer improvements on a time-payment basis
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that upon completion
of construction of sewers in County Area 143 by said San
Diego County and upon presentation of a 3tatement to this
district for this district's proportionate share of the
costs of said sewer construction, the officers of this
district are hereby authorized to make district payments
over a lO-year period in accordance with the bonding
alternative.
