Establishing Added Facility Fee
for One Year for Inclusion Area
AI? Project No.2.
WHEREAS, resolutions adopted in 1959 stipulated that
certain lands ~uld be included within the boundaries of
this district SUbject to certain conditions, and
WHEREAS one of the conditions was the payment to this
district of an lladded facility fee" to reimburse this
district for a portion of the cost of increasing district
facilities whereby water in sufficient volume and at
sufficient pressure could be served to the boundaries of
the lands so included, and
WHEREAS the added facility fee for Project No. 2 of
1959 iniusion area A17 established on August 9, 1961 at
$525.00 per acre in accordance with cost estimates on that
date is now void because of the one-year stipulation clause
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the added Tacility
fee for inclusion area AI?, Project No.2 be established at
$550.00 per acre for a period of one year from this date
after which time it shall be SUbject to review.
