Authorizing District Officers to
Sign an Amendment to Utilities
Agreement No. 8737 with the State
of California, Department of Public
Works, Division of Hiehways
WHEREAS final costs for the relocation of certain
district water lines made necessary by the construction
of a freeway through this district by the State of
California, Division of Highways, are far in excess of
the estimated cost as shown in Utilities Agreement No.
6737 presently in effect between this district and the
State of California, Division of Highways, and
WHEREAS it is necessary that an amendment to the
original Utilities Agreement No. 8737 be adopted by this
district and by the State of California, Division of
Highways in order that final payment of costs of re-
placements made under this agreement may be made by the
State of California,
NOW ,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the officers
of the San Dieguito Irrigation District be, and they
hereby are, authorized to execute an amendment to
Utilities Agreement No. 8737 as prepared by the State of
California, Division of Highways.
