Amending District Rules and
Regulations Relative to Acreage
Limitations.
WHEREAS Section 25 of the district's rules and
regulations presently refers to applications for regular
water service where no_ 'main extension is required, and
contains regulations concerning service connection fees
and acreage limitations as to meter size,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Section 25 of
the district rules and regulations be changed to control
only the service connection fees in accordance with meter
sizes, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Section 71 of the district
rules and regulations be amended in part to include the
following acreage limitations for the installation of the
following meter sizes and types:

at option of Field
Manager.
