Authorizing Officers to Execute
Easement to Richard L. Weed and
Beatrice Z. Weed on Bracero Road
WHEREAS, Richard L. Weed and Beatrice Z. Weed have
requested an easement on Bracero Road for ingress and
egress purposes within the following described property:
"The Easterly 20.00 feet of the South Three-Quarters
of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter of the
Southeast Quarter of Section 15, Township 13 South,
Range 4 West, San Bernardino Meridan, in the County
of San Diego, State of California."
and,
WHEREAS the Board of Directors find that it will be
to the best interest of the District to execute the
easement, contingent upon the fact that the Title Company,
before it recorded same, would issue a policy guaranteeing
it,

NOW, TREREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the San Dieguito
Irrigation District grant to Richard L. Weed and Beatrice
z. Weed, husband and wife as joint tenants, their successors
and assigns forever, a non-exclusive Easement for ingress
and egress over the premises described as follows:
"The Easterly 20.00 feet of the South Three-Quarters
of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter of the
Southeast Quarter of Section 15, Township 13 South,
Range 4 West, San Bernardino Meridian, in the County
of San Diego, State of California. II
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the officers of the district
be authorized to execute said easement.
