RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SAN DIEGUITO
WATER DISTRICT APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING GRANTING OF
AN ANCHORAGE EASEMENT TO SAN DIEGO GAS & ELECTRIC
COMPANY IN A PORTION OF SE\ OF NW\ OF SECTION 14,
T13S, R4W, SBBM.
WHEREAS it has been requested that the San Diego Gas & Electric
Company be granted an anchorage easement on property owned by the District
known as the Oak Crest Tank Site, a copy of which is hereto attached as
Exhibit "A"; and
WHEREAS it appears that there is no conflict or potential problem
involved in granting said right of way to the San Diego Gas & Electric Company,
and that it is in the interest of the District to grant the easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the
Board of Directors of San Oieguito Water District as follows:
1. That said anchorage easement be and it is approved.
2. That the President and Secretary of the District be and they are
authorized and directed to execute the easement on behalf of the District
and to deliver it to the San Diego Gas & Electric Company.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of
San Dieguito Water District held on the 28th day of September, 1981, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Directors Weston. Dashiell, Weidner and Harris.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Director Fah1berg.

ANCHORAGE EASEMENT
SAN DIEGUITO WATER DISTRICT, (Grantor), for valuable consideration, grants to
SAN DIEGO GAS & ELECTRIC COMPANY, a corporation (Grantee), an easement and right of way
in, upon, over, under and across the lands hereinafter described, to erect, construct,
reconstruct, replace, repair, maintain and use, guy poles and/or anchors together with
connecting wires, as Grantee may now or hereafter deem convenient or necessary to
support that certain pole line located upon or adjacent to said lands, together with the
right of ingress and egress, to, from and along this easement in, upon, over and across
the hereinafter described lands.
The property in \.,hich this easement LInd right of way is hereby granted is
situated in the County of San Diego, State of California, described as follows:
That portion of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of
Section 14, Tm...'Oship 13 South, Range 4 i',;est, San Bernardino ~leridian,
described in a Deed recorded February 20, 1956 in Book 5893, Page 317 of
Official Records of said County of San Diego.
The easement in the aforesaid lands shall be 4.00 feet in width,
being 2.00 feet measured at right angles on each side of the following
described center line:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Parcell of Parcel Map No.
4156, filed October 17, 1975 at File No. 287577 in the office of the County
Recorder of said County of San Diego; thence along the Southerly prolongation
of the Westerly line thereof South 000 42' 38" West, 15.00 feet; thence
1eaviny said prolongation North 890 37' 24" West, 195.00 feet; thence North
000 42 38" East, 649.66 feet; thence North 790 12' 46" East, 605.06 feet;
thence North 810 23' 51" East, 274.54 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of
the center line herein described; thence from said TRUE POINT OF BEGI~~ING
North, 10.00 feet.
Grantor shall not increase or decrease the ground surface elevations within
this easement after installation of Grantee's facilities, without prior written consent
of Grantee, which consent shall not unreasonably be withheld.

Grantor further grants to Grantee the right to assign any or all of the rights
granted in this easement in whole or in part to The Pacific Telephone and Telegraph
Company and/or to other companies providing utility or communication facilities.
This easement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of successors,
heirs, executors, administrators, permittees, licensees, agents or assigns of Grantor
and Grantee.
