RESOLUTION NO. R82-26
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
SAN DIEGUITO WATER DISTRICT REVISING
CAPACITY FEES OF THE DISTRICT
WHEREAS, it is in the interest of the District to
revise its water capacity fees~
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND
ORDERED by the Board of Directors of San Dieguito Water
District as follows:
1. That capacity fees for the District be and they are
fixed, effective October 1, 1982, as set forth on Exhibit A
which is attached hereto.
2. That the foregoing change and establishment of
capacity fee charges of the District are for the purpose of
providing funds for the payment of a portion of the
principal and interest debt service of the $9,500,000 1982
Water Revenue Bonds, Series A, authorized by Resolution No.
R82-19 adopted August 23, 1982, to construct capital
projects to maintain service within existing service areas,
and, therefore, the charges and establishment of such
charges are exempt from the provisions of the California
Environmental Quality Act.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at an adjourned regular meeting of
the Board of Directors of San Dieguito Water District held
on the 29th day of September, 1982, by the fOllowing vote to
