RESOLUTION NO. R82-7
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
SAN DIEGUITO WATER DISTRICT AMENDING
ADMINISTRATIVE CODE (Re New Meters)
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the
Board of Directors of San Dieguito Water District as
follows:
1. That the rules and regulations of the District as
set forth in the SAN DIEGUITO WATER DISTRICT ADMINISTRATIVE
CODE be and they are amended by repealing section 18.9
thereof.
2. That the committee established by Resolution No.
R82-2 be and it is dissolved.
3. That this resolution will take effect immediately.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of
Directors of San Dieguito Water District held on the
26th day of April, 1982, by the fOllowing vote to wit:
