RESOLUTION NO. RB3-52
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
SAN DIEGUITO WATER DISTRICT APPROVING
MODIFICATION OF FACILITIES TO BE
CONSTRUCTED AS PART OF WATER REVENUE
BOND PROJECT 8
WHEREAS, the District has heretofore approved the
facilities to be constructed as part of Water Revenue Bond
Project 8; and
WHEREAS, it is in the interest of the District to
modify said description1
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, DETERMINED
AND ORDERED by the Board of Directors of San Dieguito Water
District as follows:
1. That Water Revenue Bond Project 8 be and it is
modified to consist of the list of projects set forth on
Exhibit A hereto.
2. That the Manager of the District be and he is
authorized, if necessary, to submit a certified copy of
this resolution to the State Treasurer, through the District
Securities Advisory Commission, together with such other
information and documents as may be required.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board
of Directors of San Dieguito Water District held on the
20th day of December, 1983, by the following vote, to wit:
