RESOLUTION NO. R83-14
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF SAN DIEGUITO WATER DISTRICT
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
FOR PIPELINE PROJECT AND CALLING
FOR BIDS THEREON (WATER REVENUE
BOND PROJECT 3)
WHEREAS, proposed plans and specifications for construc-
tioD of certain pipelines in the District designated as
Water Revenue Bond Project 3 have been presented to the
board; and
WHEREAS, it is in the interest of the District to
approve said plans and specifications and to call for bids
thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, DETERMINED
AND ORDERED by the Board of Directors of San Dieguito Water
District as follows:
1. That the plans and specifications for construction
of certain specified pipelines in the District designed
"Water Revenue Bond Project 3" be and they are approved.
2. That the District does hereby call for bids on
said project, said bids to be received at the office of
the District until 11:00 a.m. on June 15, 1983.
3. That the Manager and consulting engineer of the
District be and they are authorized and directed to publish
once a week for three successive weeks in the Coast Dispatch,
a newspaper published in the County of San Diego, a notice
calling for bids.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board
of Directors of San Dieguito Water District held on the

23rd day of May, 1983, by the following vote, to wit:
