CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALl,
Mayor Aspell called the meeting to order at 5:45 P.M.
Present: Mayor Lou Aspell, Council Members James Bond, Sheila Cameron, John Davis,
and Chuck DuVivier.
Absent: None.
Also City Manager Wasserman, City Attorney Krauel, City Clerk Cervone, Assistant
Present: City Manager Benson, Public Works Director Nelson, Deputy City Clerk Greene.
Them being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.
AGENDA ITEM
Review and Discussion of Video Tape of California State Senate Select Committee news
conference on March 3, 1998, announcin~ Investil~afin8 of the Metropolitan Water District.
Council Member Bond stated he felt the video tape was worthwhile viewing to explain the
seriousness of the alleged infractions committed by the Metropolitan Water District.
The Council viewed the video tape.
