RESOLUTION 2007-32
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ENCINIT AS, CALIFORNIA
AMENDING THE RECORDS RETENTION SCHEDULE
WHEREAS, California Government Code Section 34090 provides conditions
whereby public records which are no longer needed or useful may be destroyed; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Encinitas, on March 14, 1990, adopted a
Records Retention Schedule; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Encinitas, California:
1. That the City of Encinitas Records Retention Schedule is hereby amended as
reflected in Exhibit A.
PASSED AND ADOPTED, this 1ih day of September, 2007 by the following vote, to
wit:
AYES: Bond, Dalager, Houlihan, Stocks.
NAYS: Barth.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTAIN: None.
