Accepting Water Line Rights
of Way and Authorizing Recording
of Said Ri~htsof Way.' ,
WHEREAS, the State of CaLifornia, Division of Highways
is planning to construct a new State freeway through the
San Dieguito Irrigation District ,and it"t.s .necessary that
certain rights of way be obtained for the instaLlation of
water lines in connection with said construction, and
WHEREAS, said-rights of way have been engineering and
appraised by the firm.of KQ~big and Koeblg, Inc., ,in accord-
ance with agreements between this district and the State of
California, Division of Highways, and
WHEREAS, certain~rights of way have been obtained for
this district by r~pr~sen~atives of the engineering firm of
_Koebig and Koebig, Inc. in accordance with an agreement
between this district and said firm
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the fOllowing rights
of way be accepted by this district and, in accordance with
a previous ruling of ,this ~Q~d of Directors, the Secretary
be authorized (1) to record said rights of way having a fee
.of less than $100 and (2) to place in eSCrow with Security
Title Gompany said rights of w.ay in'.'excess of $100 in. order
.that said title company may.issue a policy of title insurance
in the amount of $2,00.00 on each right of yay prior to the
recording of said right of way;
