Accepting Water Lines and Facilities
in Alviso Way, Encina' Estates,
Under Certain Conditions.
WHEREAS a request has been received rrom Mr. Bruce
Hannon or Macy Development Company, subd ivider or Enci'"
Estates, ror the integration into the District's pipeline
system or the water line and racilities in Alviso Way
located within said Encina Estates, and
WHEREAS recommendations or the Field Manager and
Orrice Manager relative to racility inspections and
rinancial responsibility are attached here to as "Exhibit
B"

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the water line
and racilities in Alviso Way, Encins Estates be integrated
into the regular pipeline system or the San Dieguito
Irrigation District, subject to a one-year subdivider
responsibility clause.

RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE SAN DIEGUITO IRRIGATION DISTRICT
CONCERNING THE FUTURE ENCINA ESTATES
INSTALLATIONS:
Field inspections have been made of water lines and facilities
on the future Encina Estates (East 508' of Lot 3, Block W, Seaside
Gardens A~~ex), and it has been found that all installations have
been made as per the specifications required by the San Dieguito
Irrigation District. It is my recommendation that, if all financial
responsibility has been met, these lines and services be integrated
into the San Dieguito Irrigation istr ct regular pipeline system.

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY:
An affidavit has been received from Don Hubbard, who was the
sub-contractor of the future Encina Estates, in which he stated
that he had received the full amount of $2,966.00 in payment of
the water system in the future Encina Estates. The Affidavit also
stated that he releases any and all liens against said subdivision.
It is my recommendation that we accept these lines as the
financial responsibility has been met and the inspection fee has
been paid.
It is also my recommendation that the piping and facilities
be set up on the district books at $2,966.00, and that lrdonations
in aid of constructinnll be credited. The cost will include:
460 feet of 611 asbestos cement pipe;
13 3/411 services;
2 - fire hydrants.
