WHEREAS, it is now requested by the State of
Califorda Division of Highways that the District siJn
"Joint Use Agreements #8737-1 and #8737-2 in connecltion
with the Utilities Agreement #8737 for Study No. 1
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the officers of the
San Dieguito Irrigation District be, and they hereby
are, authorized to sign "Joint Use Agreements #8737-1
CIlIi #8737-2" for freeway study No.1 with the State of ~ ""
California, Division of Highways.
