RESOLUTION NO. R84-8
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF SAN DIEGUITO WATER DISTRICT
APPROVING CHANGE IN CONTRACT FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF WATER REVENUE BOND
PROJECT 3
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. R83-17, the District
entered into a contract with Yahn Construction, Inc. for con-
struction of Water Revenue Bond Project 31 and
WHEREAS, by reason of changes requested by the District and
unforeseen matters in conjunction with the construction of the
project, certain additional work was necessary for its comple-
ticn, the reasonable value of which was $14,861.00;
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED
by the Board of Directors of San Dieguito Water District as
follows:
1. That the contract with Yahn Construction, Inc. be and
it is amended by adding thereto the sum of $14,861.00 for the
work described on the schedule attached hereto.
2. That payment of said sum, in accordance with the terms
of the contract, be and it is authorized.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of
Directors of San Dieguito Water District held on the 27th day of
February, 1984, by the following vote, to wit:
