NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the following
described property, maps of which are attached, be
deleted from the assessment rolls of the San Dieguito
Irrigation District commencing with the 1960-61 assess-
ment:
PARCEL 1:
That portion of the Southwest Quarter of Section 26,
T13S, R4W, SBBM, in the County of San Diego, State
of California, according to United States Government
Survey approved April 19, 1881, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwesterly corner of the land
conveyed to J. B. Reichard by deed dated May 4, 1883,
and recorded in Book 211, page 332 of Deeds, records
of San Diego County, said point being in the East
and West Quarter line of said Section 26; thence
S 8040' E., along the Westerly line of said Reichard
land 1336.76 feet to the Southwesterly corner of said
Reichard land; thence S 20010'W, 35.16 feet; thence
S 83026 '40"W, 287.31 feet to the True Point of Beginn-
ing; thence retracing N 83026'40" E, 287.31 feet;
thence S20010'W, 368.51 feet more or less to the
center line of the County Road known as Road Survey
No. 139 according to Map thereof on file in the Office
of the County Surveyor of San Diego County; thence
Southwesterly along said center line to a line which
bears S60121E, from the True Point of Beginning;
thence N 6012' W, to the True Point of Beginning.

and recorded in Book 211, PJ32 of Deeds, records of
San Diego County, said point being in'the East and
West Quarter line of said Section 26; thence S8040'E,
along the Westerly line of said Reichard land 1,336.76
feet to the Southwesterly corner of said Reichard
landi thence S 20010'W, 35.16 feet; thence S 83026'40"
W, 2~7.31 feet; thence S 6012'E, 35.60 feet to the
True point of beginning; thexe S 83048'W, 150.00 feet;
thence S 6012'E, 308 feet more or less to the center

of the County Surveyor of San Diego County; thence
Northeasterly along said center line to a line which
bears S 60l21E, from the True Point of Beginning;
thence N 60l21W, 270 feet more or less to the Tnue
Point of Beginning.
Sub-Parcel 2: An easement and right of way for ingress
and egress for public utility purposes, to be used in
common with the grantors and others, over a rectangular
strip of land 10 feet wide in the Southwest Quarter
of Section 26, T13S, R4W, SBBM, in the County of San
Diego, State of California, according to United States
Government Survey approved April 19, 1881, the Northerly
line of said 10 f60t strip being described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwesterly corner of the land
conveyed to J. B. Reichard by deed dated May 4, 1883,
and recorded in Book 211, page 332 of Deeds, records
of San Diego County, said point being in the East and
