RESOLUTION NO. R86-61
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SAN
DIEGUITO WATER DISTRICT HONORING LARS FAHLBERG
WHEREAS, LARS FAHLBERG has served the people of San
Dieguito Water District for over 5 years as a member of its
Board of Directors from 1980 to 1983 and from February, 1986
to December, 1986, and
WHEREAS, he has been substantially responsible for
establishment of the District's sound management and bUdgetary
practices, the replacement and upgrading of District facilities
and the improvement of fire protection for the area; and
WHEREAS, as a result of the incorporation of the City of
Encinitas, and the establishment of the District as a subsidiary
district of the city, his tenure on the board has terminated,
with the functions of the board being assumed by the city council
of the city;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED by the Board of Directors
of San Dieguito Water District that it express its thanks and
appreciation to LARS FAHLBERG for his long years of service
to the community and for his dedication to the people that he
has served so well.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of December, 1986, by
the Board of Directors of San Dieguito Water District.
