RESOLUTION NO. R86-56
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
SAN DIEGUITO WATER DISTRICT DESIGNATING
PERSONS AUTHORIZED TO SIGN CHECKS ON BEHALF
OF THE DISTRICT
WHEREAS, it is in the interest of the District to
designate those persons authorized to execute checks and
warrants on behalf of the District;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, DETERMINED
AND ORDERED by the Board of Directors of San Dieguito Water
District as follows:

A, be and it is incorporated by reference as though fully
set out in length.

and warrants on behalf of the District.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at an adjourned regular meeting
of the Board of Directors of San Dieguito Water District
held on the lOth day of December, 1986, by the following
