1986-18 Approving & Authorizing Execution of Contract with Digital Integration Dynamics, Inc.
RESOLUTION NO. R86-18
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
SAN DIEGUITO WATER DISTRICT APPROVING
AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CONTRACT
WITH DIGITAL INTEGRATION DYNAMICS, INC.
WHEREAS, the District has obtained proposals for the
replacement of the District's current computer system; and
WHEREAS, the best proposal was received from Digital
Integration Dynamics, Inc. in the amount of $38,357.88; and
WHEREAS, it is in the interests of the District to accept
said proposal;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND
ORDERED by the Board of Directors of San Dieguito Water District
as follows:
1. That the proposal of Digital Integration Dynamics, Inc.
in the amount of $38,357.88 be and it 1s approved.
2. That the manager be and he is authorized and directed
to enter into a contract with Digital Integration Dynamics, Inc.
on behalf of the District to supply the equipment described in
such proposal.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of
Directors of San Dieguito water District held on the 25th day of
April, 1986, by the following vote, to wit:
