RESOLUTION NO. 87-53
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
SAN DIEGUITO WATER DISTRICT APPROVING
AND AUTHORIZING QUITCLAIM OF EASEtlliNT TO
(Gayton A. Marcello & Filomena Marcello)
WHEREAS, proposed form of a quitclaim of easement has
been presented to the Board, copies of which are attached
hereto as Exhibit Ai and
WHEREAS, the easement is no longer necessary for
District purposes, and it is in the interest of the District
to quitclaim the easement to the underlying property owners;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND
ORDERED by the Board of Directors of San Dieguito Water
District as follows:
1. That the President and Secretary of the District be
and they are authorized and directed to execute and
deliver said quitclaim to the grantees described therein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board
of Directors of San Dieguito Water District held on the
16th day of December, 1987, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Directors Shea, Gaines, omsted, Steel & Anderson
